today’s lesson I’ve learnt the hard way is: listen to your body. If you are frequently breaking down in fits of anxiety, if it is effecting your sleep. If you feel like you’re always running on an empty tank and you are both mentally and physically drained. Something is wrong, you cannot ignore what your body is telling you.
