i’m so proud of everyone doing their best to heal and recover when they are stuck in an unhealthy environment. it’s incredibly hard finding room to grow, staying positive, and allowing kindness for yourself when you are not always surrounded by people who can love and uplift you. continue to shine brightly when you can, find moments and people who make you feel safe and make your heart feel a little lighter, and stay strong.
