It is okay to feel angry. It is okay to feel frustrated. It is okay to feel annoyed. It is okay to feel sad. It is okay to feel empty. It is okay to feel lost. It is okay to feel lonely. It is okay to feel, my love. You can be positive and still experience dark days. There will be times when you might not understand what is going on, why you feel a particular way or why a certain situation brings out negative emotions. These days do not erase your progress. Let yourself feel, identify what may have caused your emotional state and then try your best to stand back up again. You are not failing. Do not be so hard on yourself, darling. You are always moving forward, always growing, always healing a little more - especially on dark days. Keep holding on and pushing through. I am so damn proud of you.
