Hi! I’m sorry you’re feeling sad :(

Here are some things I like to do when I’m sad:

1) Listen to music that makes me happy

2) Watch silly dog videos or a funny tv show/movie

3) Spend time with friends

4) Bake something

5) Go for a walk

Here are some more skills based things:

1) Do an ice dive

2) Journal

3) Cover my hands in glue and peel it off
