I think that could be social anxiety. Being scared of what people might think of you etc. You can definitely conquer this! By putting yourself out there! And try and find some exercises on Dysfunctional Thoughts aka Thinking Errors.
Here’s a sheet with some examples of “Thinking Errors” you might be making.
And this work sheet might be an easy way to learn to counter negative thoughts that continue to pop up. That website has a lot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy exercises. It’s definitely worth checking out some others. But don’t overwhelm yourself! It’s okay to practice one thing at a time ;)
