If you’re struggling today, please know that it’s ok to struggle. It’s ok to have a difficult day. We all do…but can I make a suggestion? Something that helps me is thinking back to a time when I was happy…whether it was something from earlier that day or a past memory of a happy time. I remind myself of something that I feel happy about and this usually helps my mood. There’s no easy fix for a difficult day…nor should there be…part of life is experiencing feelings. However, we can continue to work at living our best life. We can continue to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and move forward. Remember the happiness.
